But before I get into that, let it be known that the release date for the skyblock reset Saturday, January 19th at 4PM EST (1 PM PST, 9 PM GMT) Payouts We have decided to bring back payouts for revamped Skyblock ONLY. Revamped Skyblock top payouts are confirmed: $1500 PayPal F&F and $650 Buycraft for a grand total of $2150. legacy Skyblock will have no payouts and there is no reset date set Weekly payouts are as follows First Place : $150 Paypal F&F | $50 Giftcard + Second Place : $100 Paypal F&F | $30 Giftcard + Third Place : $50 Paypal F&F | $20 Giftcard + Fourth Place: $20 Giftcard Fifth Place: $10 Giftcard More Info This will be a 5 week season. Payouts will be given within 24 hours of winning. Payout occur all 5 weeks. Updates Shards: We have brought back shards! They are obtainable via jobs. You can spend shards on spawners and only spawners. Pets Pets are a new addition, They give you boosts and you can get them off of /buy and /mobcoins. The types of things that they give you are things like haste 1, exp boost. Island Level With milestones you can now earn cool things! Emerald Block - 4 Levels Diamond Block - 3 Levels Iron Block - 1 Levels Gold Block - 2 Levels Iron Golem Spawner - 50 lvls Creeper Spawner - 40 lvls Pig Spawner - 5 levels Sheep Spawner - 5 Levels Cow Spawner - 5 levels Rabbit Spawner - 5 Levels Chicken Spawner - 5 Levels Skeleton Spawner - 10 Levels Zombie Spawner - 10 Levels Spider Spawner - 10 Levels Blaze Spawner - 10 Levels Enderman Spawner - 10 Levels Zombie Pigman Spawner - 20 Levels Villager Spawner - 15 Levels Cactus Spawner - 10 Levels Sugarcane Spawner - 10 Levels Wheat Spawner - 40 Levels Carrot Spawner - 30 Levels Pumpkin Spawner - 20 levels Melon Spawner - 20 levels Minions We have created a fully custom and extremely advanced Minions system for this map! For those of you that dont know Minions are little helpers that assist you on your Island. Minions can be set to do the following Jobs, or as we call them, "Modes" Sleep Your minion will do nothing whilst in this mode. Chunk Load Your minion will keep the chunk that it is standing in loaded. This is helpful as it will keep spawners activated and farms growing. Spawner Activate Your minion will keep nearby spawners activated, so you don't need to afk them! Mining Your minion will mine for you! It even has its own inventory to collect the items it mines. Farming Your minion will farm for you! Mob Grinding Your minion will kill any mobs that spawn directly in front of it. This mode is perfect for mob grinders. Mob Attack Your minion will seek out and attack any mobs on your Island for you. The difference between this mode and "Mob Grinding" is that your minion will move around and attack any mobs within its range. Roaming Your minion will follow you around whilst in this mode. Minions have 4 different tiers: Spiderman (Tier 1) Hulk (Tier 2) Iron Man (Tier 3) Thor (Tier 4) You can purchase your Spiderman minion with Mob Coins (/mobcoins), and obtain Minion Upgrade Shards by finding them in supply crates, buying them on /mobcoins or purchasing them on our store. Upgrading your Minion is very important, as their abilities get stronger as they are upgraded. For example, a Spiderman minion uses a wooden pickaxe. Compared to the Thor Minion which has a pick axe with enchants on. Minions are super customizable as well! You can name your minion anything you want, with colors! There's also a bunch of different costumes that you can put on your minion. Casino We have decided to add the casino from towny into skyblock. This will be located at /warp casino & will include the wheel of fortune & slot machines on towny. However we will still keep the Jackpot, Rock Paper Scissors & Coinflip to give you guys more of a choice. Jobs We have also decided to add jobs back! Jobs will give you shards, the higher up you are in that job, the more shards you will earn. Some of the jobs that are available to you are: Woodcutter Digger Farmer Fisherman Spawners Spawners have now changed, you can only get one type of spawner from the shop (/shop). This spawner once placed does nothing, to use it you have to click on it which opens a GUI where you can buy spawners. You can buy as many spawners as you want within this. For example I could buy 50x creepers 25x Zombies, and they would all spawn like a normal spawner, but would spawn around this one spawner. There are also now crop spawners built into this spawner. As long as you have the right environment for the crops to spawn, then they will. All spawners are brought with shards. Sky Pass & Free Pass This is a rewards system that rewards you for doing tasks. You have two types, the Sky Pass and the Free Pass. The Sky Pass is purchased on buycraft for $10. This gives you more rewards and means you can go up the tiers faster. Whereas the Free Pass is what everyone gets access to. This has less rewards and is harder to go up the tiers. Miscellaneous Changes Everyone starts off with a max amount of 5 people on their island. End Islands have been added! We have created a whole new crate system that will be live for reset. Ocelots & Silverfish have been removed Boss Eggs, Enhancers & Custom Enchants have been removed. Any kits that you receive from your donor kits will now be given to you via "Kit Notes" that are redeemable by right clicking them. We have decided to make this addition because a lot of players have complained about their inventory getting filled super quickly from kits when opening bulk keys. Chunk Borders command has been added! You can now use /island chunk (or /is chunk) to generate outlines around each chunk within your Island. There is now a 2k hopper limit. Island rating has been removed. We have added chat games, they will regularly pop up in chat! (Every 10 Minutes) We have allowed the use of printer, however there are some rules that apply.
