Hello Heroes and Villains! We are proud to announce that Prison will be revamped on Saturday, March 28th at 4:00 PM EST! (Use this to convert the above time to your own timezone.) NOTE: The current Prison will be replaced by the new server meaning that all progress on the old Prison will be lost. ~ Important Information ~ After much conversation among the staff team and opinions from the player base, we have come to the conclusion that the current season was not the type of Prison that the majority of you guys want to see. Thus, we have decided to return to the season before the current one and work from there. This means that the next season will be much more of an “OP Prison” than the current one, consisting of larger money and E-Token amounts and more expensive enchants. With this, we will hopefully have a much more stable and tested server with tons of new content for you guys. ~ Key Features ~ Gangs One of this season’s main features is the addition of Gangs. Players will be able to create their own gangs and invite others to conquer Prison and rise above other gangs. Spoiler: Gang Features - Gang top GUI that shows the top gangs based on a leveling system. - Gang tag displayed next to each member's name in chat. - Special buffs that gang leaders can choose to allocate Gang points to. This includes E-Token multipliers, sell multipliers and increased gang member slots. - Different gang ranks that can be assigned by the gang leader, each rank having different permissions. - Level-up system where gangs gain XP based on the amount of raw blocks mined by each member of the gang. Pouches Pouches are a brand new feature that will be replacing Lucky Blocks. We have decided to do this as pouches will offer a more interactive experience for players, contain more potential rewards, come in different rarities, and be tradable among players. Spoiler: Pouch Features - Four different rarities that contain different awesome rewards - E-Token and Money rewards from Pouches scale with prestige, making them useful for players at all levels. - While mining, all players will have a low chance of receiving a pouch from each raw block they mine. - Pouches will appear in a player's inventory (or box if a player has a full inventory) and can be opened by right clicking in one's hand. Minions Due to the glitches and inconsistencies with the minions in the previous season that contained them, they have been completely re-coded and re-balanced. In design and function, minions will be similar to how they were before. However, there will be some important changes. Spoiler: Minion Changes - E-Token and money outputs have been re-done and honed to make sure that they do not destroy the economy but are still worth actively using. - Minions will no longer need to be AFKed, meaning that they will be always be collecting resources, even if you are not near them. - Minions will now require a unique level to merge rather than all being able to merge at Level 2. At Tier 1, they will be able to merge at Level 2 and this number will go up by 1 each Tier. This means that two Tier 5 minions will both need to be Level 6 in order to merge into a Tier 6. - Minion crates will now have a higher chance of giving higher tiered minions. They will be able to give up to Tier 4 minions. - Minion crates can be acquired from crates, daily rewards, and the Buycraft shop. Daily Rewards Spoiler: Daily Rewards All players will now be able to claim daily rewards by using /daily every day. The command will display a GUI where players can claim an awesome reward and view the rewards for all 30 days. If you miss a day, you will be reset back to the first day. If you reach the 30th day, you will return to the 1st day and repeat the process. There are an array of different awards that you can get, so make sure to log on every day to claim them! Crates Spoiler: Crates Crates have been re-balanced to make sure that they are worth the cost yet not too overpowered. One component of this is the fact that crates, like pouches, will have elements that scale with prestige. The E-Token and Money rewards will scale with prestige in all crates, including Monthlies. Prestiging Spoiler: Prestiging We will finally be adding the long-awaited /prestigeall! This will eliminate the need to sit and spam commands in order to prestige. This command will automatically prestige you to the highest prestige you can afford with the current money in your balance. In addition, we have reworked the prestige system so that it scales to be increasingly difficult. There will no longer be players with tens of thousands of prestige. Prestige Enchants Spoiler: Prestige Enchants Prestige enchants will be balanced and the caps will be lowered to equal values. The key change to these enchants is that their prices will now scale. This means that every certain amount of levels of each enchant, the amount of P-Tokens needed to upgrade will go up by 1. This will make maxing the P-Enchants more difficult and prevent players from having extra P-Tokens that they have no use for. We also plan to add a use for excess P-Tokens later in the season. Gems Spoiler: Gems Gems will function the same as they did in the previous season they were in with some serious changes. We have made it so players cannot get gems for specific enchants that have very little use or a low cap, such as efficiency and speed. In addition, gems will only come in higher tiers. Rather than being forced to combine Tier 1 Gems, Gems given will be in multiples of 5 and can be found in many different ways, including the Prospector Enchant, Mine Crates, Daily Rewards and Crates.
