Hello Heroes and Villains! We are proud to announce that Prison will be reset on Saturday September 26th at 4:00 PM EST! (Use this to convert the above time to your own timezone.) NOTE: The current Prison will be replaced by the new version meaning that all progress on the old Prison will be lost. We've looked at and reviewed the feedback that we've gotten from the past prison released and have decided to address those issues primarily. Most of these issues were small bugs that were unable to be fixed midway through the season effectively. ~ Payouts ~ Similar to the past few Prison maps, every two weeks the top 3 gangs will receive Buycraft payouts. The following amounts will be given out to the Gang Leader: Gang Top #1 - $150 Buycraft Gang Top #2 - $100 Buycraft Gang Top #3 - $50 Buycraft NOTE: The third set of payouts for the current season are still active and will be finalized on Friday at 4:00 PM EST rather than Saturday this week. This only applies to the current season. ~ Key Features ~ Pets Yes, pets will be introduced this season. We have been hard at work balancing and optimizing pets so that they can be enjoyed for this upcoming reset. To begin, there will be three pets introduced, which are known as Starter Pets. These pets will be obtainable through the hatching of the Pet Egg that each player will receive immediately after logging on. After mining a certain amount of blocks with the egg, the egg will hatch and the player will get to choose between the three Starter Pets. Players can level up their Starter Pet by mining blocks, and as the pet levels up, it's buff increases. We plan to add Premium Pets in the future that will be available in high-tier crates and possibly through other means. Runes Last season there were a couple of issues with runes, fortune would not work with them, debuff runes wouldn't seem to work and the boosts were too high and broke the eco too soon. We've since fixed all these issues and will help bring a more balanced prison experience to you all! Fortune Enchantment Due to limitations with our old enchant system, there were caps for a certain number of enchants that would cause their effects and price to be reset past 65k. We've completely redone how our enchants are stored in order to fix this issue and now all our enchants support any level enchant. Minions There were a few bugs with minions last season both visually and physically that caused problems for players. Since then, these bugs have been addressed to make minions a more stable experience for players. We will also work to balance them more frequently throughout the reset so they don't fall behind in the economy. Wardens We saw the effect wardens had on this season of prison and have gone ahead and rebalanced them in order to suit the current economy better, they will be getting periodic buffs as the economy scales to make sure they are still worth their value.
